GRADUATE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer with 0-2 years’ experience to join our team. The successful applicant will have a brilliant opportunity to work alongside our talented team of experienced engineers and technicians. All graduates work under the direct guidance of our senior engineers as we develop their design and problem solving skills. We also offer a route to either IstructE or ICE professional membership.

 

Responsibilities (through training):

• Scheme design, detailed calculation, and analysis of structural solutions

• Develop engineering analysis models using the latest design software

• Revit modelling / detailing

• Liaise and communicate with Clients, Architects, Contractors, Professionals

• Attend Site Visits , Design Team Meetings and Site Inspections

• Work on a wide variety of interesting and award winning projects

 

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 2-5 years’ experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion whilst developing both the design and detail information. You will also liaise directly with clients, Architects, developers and our own internal team.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept and detail design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis

• Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialised structural inspections

• Collaborate with architects, designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects

• Attend Site Visits , Design Team Meetings and Site Inspections

 

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with the Tekla Design Suite and Revit would be beneficial (although this can be taught)
