Open plan, contemporary addition to an existing Edinburgh Villa.  A steel frame was expertly inserted into the fabric of the extension to offer column free elevations and structure free glazing.  Additional steel structure was designed into the dining room elevation to create a  

seating area flooded with light. The result is a flexible, inspiring, happy space.
