Three new build contemporary townhouses built on the site of an old church hall.  Each two storey structure supports four bedrooms above large open plan and well connected living spaces.  A hybrid of localised steel frames with traditional timber panels was designed to deliver a lightweight, economic structure clad in precision detailed brickwork facades. ​
