Four bedroom contemporary family home built on the site of a dilapidated farm cottage.  A steel frame solution was adopted to minimise internal structure and maximise views to the surrounding countryside.  Blockwork retaining walls were incorporated to facilitate habitable, semi-submerged spaces adjacent to retained ground. ​
